McLaren-Lapeer Region (McLaren-Lapeer Region) opened its much-needed Dialysis Service for inpatients in 2005 in response to community demand and has since added a state-of-the-art outpatient facility.

Dialysis is a treatment required by patients who have acute renal failure. At McLaren-Lapeer Region, inpatients requiring dialysis no longer need be transferred to another facility to receive treatment. They can receive high quality care in close proximity to their home in a comfortable setting.

The outpatient facility, managed by Reliant Renal Care, includes many special features including heated, massage chairs with 15" flat screen color TVs for the comfort of patients and a professional health care team.
