McLaren Bariatric and Metabolic Institute provides a complete, multidisciplinary approach to caring for health care needs related to weight loss surgery. Our comprehensive program includes: complete medical evaluation, surgical consultation, psychological and nutritional counseling, pre- and post-operative care; support groups and a fully monitored and specially-equipped bariatric unit for inpatient care. The Institute has earned a Center of Excellence distinction in Bariatric Surgery as designated by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).
